Generation Issues
My video is taking too long to generate
Generation time depends on the model and duration. Fast model takes 1-3 minutes, Ultra takes 3-8 minutes. For 10-second videos, expect slightly longer times. If generation exceeds 10 minutes, try refreshing and generating again.

Generation failed or shows an error
Generation can fail due to server issues or problematic content. Most failures are temporary.

Video quality is not as expected
Quality depends on prompt specificity and model choice. Ultra model produces higher quality.

- • Use negative prompts to exclude low quality
- • Try Audio Video Ultra for best quality
- • Ensure uploaded images are high resolution
Image Issues
My uploaded image was cropped unexpectedly
Images are automatically cropped to match your selected aspect ratio. This is expected behavior.
Solutions
- • Choose an aspect ratio that matches your image
- • Pre-crop your image to the desired ratio
- • Use images with the subject centered
- • Leave space around edges for cropping
Image upload fails
Image uploads can fail due to size, format, or connection issues.
Solutions
- • Check file size is under 25 MB
- • Use supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP
- • Check your internet connection
- • Try converting to a different format
- • Reduce image resolution if very large
Video doesn't match my uploaded image
The AI interprets your image and prompt together. Results may vary based on the motion requested.

Audio Issues
Video has no sound
All videos include auto-generated audio. If you hear nothing, check your device settings.

Audio doesn't match the video content
The AI selects audio based on your prompt. More descriptive prompts help.

Account & Credits
I ran out of credits
Credits are consumed per generation. Purchase more credits or subscribe for unlimited access.

Generation succeeded but credits weren't deducted
Credits are deducted after successful generation. If not deducted, the generation may have failed.
